My name is Julian Whiting, I have served with Cornwall Fire Brigade and latterly Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service for over 30 years.

I have spent over 20 years working in the field of fire safety as an auditing officer and in the last 7 years have specialised in working with Cornwall Councils Private Sector Housing Department looking after houses in multiple occupation.
Tier 2 Competent Risk Assessor through the INSTITUTE OF FIRE SAFETY MANAGERS (IFSM).
